Below are the required steps; please ensure you have followed them all:
1. Please ensure the label is securely attached to the parcel for the driver to scan on collection/drop-off.
2. Please make sure that the package is well packed for safe transport.
3. If you have selected the pick-up option and have not planned your pick-up date, please go to https://www.ricoh-return.com and arrange it by clicking on the “create pick-up order” button. Sign-in needed. Login Details stored in KeePass
Store in boxes: 4 toner cartridges per box, and a label per box being returned.
4. If you have selected the drop-off option, please deliver your package to the nearest UPS drop-off point. For your nearest UPS drop-off points, please use the UPS location finder https://www.ups.co.uk under the "location" tab.
