Using Shared Devices

Logging into the device:

To log into the shared device, you must use your work email address and then your generic password. 

for example:

Username: examplemail@originaldesign.com

Password: Your password that you use to log in normally

Enabling the VPN for remote working:

Prerequisites:

1. You'll need an Original Limited provided laptop/desktop

2. A Wi-Fi or Wired Network Connection

3. You will need the "Azure VPN Client" which is pre-installed.

Connecting via VPN:

Connecting via Azure VPN Client:

• Open Azure VPN Client. This is located in the start menu.
• Press "OriginalVN" then press "Connect"

• You will be prompted for your Office 365 email address and password. You may be prompted to complete 2-factor authentication.
• Once connected, you can open "Remote Desktop Connection". 
• Your computer name is usually the asset number of the PC, with a prefix of "O" for example, O1001 or "OR" for example "OR042".
• If the PC is switched on, you'll be prompted for your Windows username and password. Once filled in, you should be able to connect to your desktop PC.
