How To - Create Customer Connection for Multi-Accounts

This article shows you how to connect a Contact to multiple accounts.

By default, Dynamics 365 only allows a 1:1 connection to Accounts. Using "Connections" allows for many to many relationships between Contacts and Accounts.


Create A Connection

On the Contact >

Press "Connect" on the ribbon bar.



Type/Search the Account Name in the field "Name".

Select "Account Link" as the "Role".



Press "Save & Close".



View Connections


You can see connections in both Contacts and Accounts.
