Steps to try:

If the issue persists and it's happening on more than one caller, try the below.


  • Switch on/off WiFi Calling

Wi-Fi calling enables you to make a voice call over the internet. Equally, if your Wi-Fi is the cause of the problem, try turning Wi-Fi calling OFF.

  • Restart your device

Restarting your device will force a reconnection to the mobile network. This fixes most common issues relating to signal.


  • Check the network status in your area:

  • Remove interference

Interference comes in many forms! - Thick walls, phone cases, microwave cooking in your home.


  • Use Alternatives

Use Microsoft Teams on your mobile to make/receive calls until the problem is resolved.
