Getting Started

Welcome to iSARA Mobile.

iSARA Mobile is the number one app for engineers to obtain refrigerator breakdown jobs in the UK. We will proactively push jobs to you that are close-by, and you can claim jobs that are dotted all around the UK.

System Requirements

To access the iSARA Mobile App, you will need one of the following:

Android 10+ or newer
iOS 13 or later
If using a PC: Windows 10 or later with the latest browser versions - Google Chrome / Firefox / Microsoft Edge

On-boarding

For access to the Intre group network, you will need to be on-boarded. When this is complete, you will receive an SMS message from Intregroup with your username.

Installation

To install iSARA Mobile, you will need to download the Microsoft PowerApps app from the Google Play or Apple Store. You can also access the App via any modern browser.

Credentials and Logging In

⚠️ Warning
Do not share your login details with anyone else. Sharing accounts is NOT permitted.

To keep customer data safe and secure, you will need to authenticate to access the app.

Credentials are provided to you at the point of deployment via an automatic SMS.

When logging into the service for the first time, you will need to change your password. Password must be at least 6 characters long, with at least one number and one special character. It must also be complex enough to not be guessed.

Your username is your Intregroup Engineer ID (which is a number) followed by @intregroup.co.uk (or @intregroupuk.onmicrosoft.com)

If you have forgotten your login details (username or password), please open a support ticket with us. Or call Intregroup via the number that contacted you with an SMS.

Internet Access

iSARA Mobile is an online application that requires an active internet connection whilst in use. It will work comfortably in 3G/4G networks with low signal.

Data usage is designed to be ultra-low when interacting within the app. If you are in an area with very low or no signal, we recommend connecting to the customers on-site Wi-Fi.

It is possible to complete the job at a different location (such as your home or regular place of work). However, it's not possible to collect the customers signature.

iSARA collects certain information to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction. Our privacy policy can be downloaded here. You must accept the terms and conditions of the privacy policy to use the app.
