Claiming a Job doesn't mean that you'll always be allocated the job.
Jobs that are available to claim are unallocated jobs. All engineers are able to view jobs and submit a claim, making picking up work quick and fair.
Claims Workflow
1. When you submit a claim on a job you will be prompted for an ETA, this will go against your claim when reviewed by head office.
2. Once the job has been reviewed by head office you will receive an SMS to say if you received the job or not.
If you have been assigned the job you will be able to view the job in the 'My Jobs' section.
