This support article explains common issues accessing the iSARA Mobile App and how to overcome them.


System Requirements

To access the iSARA Mobile App, you will need one of the following:

  • Android 10+ or newer
  • iOS 13 or later
  • If using a PC: Windows 10 or later with the latest browser versions - Google Chrome / Firefox / Microsoft Edge


On-boarding

For access to the Intre group network, you will need to be on-boarded. If you have not yet signed up with us, please visit: Contact - Intre Group 


Installation

To install iSARA Mobile, you will need to download the Microsoft PowerApps app from the Google Play or Apple Store.


 


Credentials

To keep customer data safe and secure, you will need to authenticate to access the app. 

Credentials are provided to you at the point of deployment.


Your username is your Intregroup Engineer ID (which is a number) followed by @intregroup.co.uk 


If you have forgotten your login details (username or password), please open a support ticket with us.


Internet Access

iSARA Mobile is an online application that requires an internet connection whilst in use. 

Data usage is designed to be low when interacting within the app. If you are in an area with low or no signal, we recommend connecting to the customers on-site Wi-Fi. 


It is possible to complete the job at a different location (such as your home or regular place of work). However, it's not possible to collect the customers signature. 


Privacy

iSARA collects certain information to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction. Our privacy policy can be downloaded here. You must accept the terms and conditions of the privacy policy to use the app.
