When you start a job in the iSARA Mobile App, you'll be prompted to add faults.

The faults section is used for two purposes:

- When you are inspecting the vehicle - usually on a service job.

- To capture any fault codes presented by the fridge system - on any type of job.

Adding a Fault:

Simply select the fault category. 

Vehicle Faults - Faults you find with the vehicle, including refrigeration issues.

Error Codes - Errors that are displayed on the fridge system only.

When you generate a Service Document, it will automatically default that you have checked ALL components of the vehicle. Adding faults simply changes the line to either Adjusted, Replaced or Repaired (depending on the action you take).
